Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for an Adult Social Worker within the Forensics Team to work Full Time based in Manchester.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £38,626 per annum.
Main duties:
* Support people who have been admitted under MHA, hospitals, discharge pathway, conditional discharge.
* Social Supervisions, risk assessments, working with police under MAPA, health colleagues, work with ICB joint packages of care.
* Accommodation and support services. People in hospital and sectioned or in prison or on way out of prison.
* To work in a holistic and person-centred way, ensuring customers remain central to the processes they are part of.
Requirements of this Social Worker role:
* A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
* Understanding of relevant legislation.
* Registered or eligible for registration.
* Has Mental Health awareness or experience.
