We’re recruiting for a successful private branch in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have the operational insight, compliance knowledge, and leadership qualities to continue growing a well-performing service.\n\nKey Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:\n\n· Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch\n· Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety\n· Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks\n· Lead, manage and develop the care team\n· Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism\n· Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards\n· Ensure accurate care planning and assessments\n\nRequirements of a Registered Manager:\n\n· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care\n· NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)\n· UK Driving Licence\n· Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures\n· Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas\n· Person-centred approach to leadership and care planning\n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\n· £45,000 salary\n· Guaranteed 10% bonus, rising to 30% based on hours and performance\n· 33 days annual leave\n· Additional pay for on-call\n· Strong operational support from regional and head office\n· Fully private client base – no council contracts\n\nIf you’re ready to take on an exciting new challenge and make a lasting impact, apply now or contact James Paton at Domus Recruitment for more information.\n\nAs part of our ongoing search for quality candidates, we also offer a £300 referral bonus if you recommend someone not already registered with us and we secure them a role for a minimum of one month
