The Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and adaptable Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Financial Operations team during an exciting Finance Transformation project.
You will play a key role in reconciling accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy in bank reconciliations, journal preparation, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident working with large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, focusing on AR transactions
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank and internal records
* Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Cash Management teams
* Support month-end and year-end close processes
* Maintain accurate reconciliation documentation for compliance
* Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation projects
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years’ experience in accounting, bank reconciliation, or finance
* Strong processing skills with excellent attention to detail
* Familiarity with financial systems and tools
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work accurately under deadlines
* Proactive, adaptable, and confident with change
Desirable
* Experience in the veterinary sector
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud-based systems
* Background in working within a controls environment
