We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operative in the Oxford area, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a long term contract position, working on responsive repairs across void social housing properties.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive: £180 - £200 a day Company van and fuel card 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday Family friendly policies Progression and training opportunities
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be: Carpentry including replacing skirting boards, architraves and Internal door frames. Installing and adjusting kitchen units, worktops and cupboard doors Minor plumbing works, patch plastering and making good, damaged walls or ceilings Completing wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing Floor laying to include vinyl flooring
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will need: Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance across multiple trades (floor laying carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating) Full licence (no more than 6 points) Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
