Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire (Close to A64, Seamer Train Station and Free Parking Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
Job Overview
A key contributor to the company’s success is maintaining strong in‑house expertise. The CRM Executive will join a team of passionate professionals who combine best practice with marketing data to deliver high‑quality, data‑led campaigns and an exceptional customer experience.
In this role you will support campaign management across email, SMS and app channels, optimise customer journeys, improve engagement and drive conversions.
You will work closely with marketing stakeholders, using CRM systems, analytics and segmentation to enhance performance and deliver targeted, engaging content.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, campaign optimisation and customer experience within an e‑commerce or retail environment.
Duties
* Campaign Preparation: Prepare email campaigns for distribution and manage the CRM database
* Content Creation: Create engaging and accurate campaign content aligned to objectives
* Campaign Planning: Plan exposure for brands, promotions, offers and events
* App Campaign Management: Develop and optimise app campaigns to maximise ROI
* Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign results to identify trends and improvements
* Customer Segmentation: Monitor customer journeys and database segmentation
* Data Reporting: Set up dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance metrics
* Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM Lead and wider marketing team
Candidate Requirements
