About the Role
Were seeking a proactive and detail:oriented Quality Systems Engineer to join our team in Redditch. Youll play a key role in maintaining and improving our ISO 9001:2015:certified Quality Management System, supporting internal teams and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is process:focused, analytical, and confident in working with both data and people to improve quality performance.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Conduct internal audits, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
*
Provide training in auditing practices to less experienced team members.
*
Report on internal quality KPIs such as scrap rates and delivery performance.
*
Record and manage concerns, responses, and follow:up communication with customers as needed.
*
Lead process reviews and help structure and maintain quality procedures.
*
Support root cause and 8D analysis in collaboration with the Quality Engineer.
*
Maintain and update control plans.
*
Capture process improvements and update documentation to reflect changes.
*
Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns.
What Were Looking For
*
Ideally degree:educated or equivalent, with a strong interest in improving systems and processes.
*
Internal auditing experience with a good understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
*
Strong organisational and analytical skills with a hands:on approach.
*
Experience with PPAPs and Initial Sample Inspection Reports is desirable.
*
A basic understanding of manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes is an advantage.
*
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating quality issues constructively within a team environment.
