CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
Car Park Enforcement
37 hours per week full time. Part‑time hours or evening and weekend shifts may be considered (pro‑rated pay equivalent).
£28,485 Band 3 (including weekend enhancement) per year.
Key Responsibilities
* Patrol car parks throughout the Borough of Eastleigh.
* Assist motorists, ensuring that vehicles are parked in accordance with regulations.
* Issue penalty charge notices to vehicles found in contravention of parking legislation, where appropriate.
* Operate shifts within a system ranging 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, including some Saturday and Sunday working.
* Work independently where necessary but with colleagues nearby.
* Be based at our offices in Upper Market Street, Eastleigh and undertake on‑foot patrol throughout the town.
* Drive self‑drive vehicles for patrolling elsewhere in the Borough; must be able to operate a small van.
* Applicants who cannot drive may be considered for dedicated Eastleigh town‑centre patrolling.
