Homes: 30 nursing and residential care homes
Compass Associates has partnered with a leading not-for-profit care provider to identify a senior Care Director to lead a large portfolio of care homes across London & the South East. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to shape the future of care, driving quality, performance, and team development across a significant region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop Regional Managers and support teams
* Drive performance across quality, compliance, and commercial KPIs
* Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners
* Support recruitment, training, and motivation of care teams
* Ensure homes are places where residents and staff thrive
Candidate Profile
* Proven leadership experience in the care home sector
* Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
* People-first mindset, balancing care, compliance, and culture
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
