Responsibilities: As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across all departments, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. You will assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates. Supporting hardware installations, upgrades, and configuration across multiple sites will be part of your duties. Monitoring and resolving helpdesk tickets in a timely manner is essential, as is liaising with third-party IT providers and suppliers to ensure smooth system operation. You will contribute to wider IT projects and initiatives led by the IT Manager and support the business in the implementation and integration of AI tools and technologies. Additionally, you may be required to provide remote cover at weekends when necessary.
