Roles and responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
The Supervisor will work alongside the General Manager with hiring, training, and managing the staff members who work at the indoor park. This may also include setting work schedules, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
1. Customer Service:
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is crucial. The Supervisor should focus on maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for children and their parents, addressing customer concerns or complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
1. Operations Management:
The Supervisor will assist the general manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the indoor park. This may involve managing inventory and supplies, co-ordinating maintenance and cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
1. Business Development:
Working alongside the General Manager to explore growth opportunities and expand the indoor park's reach. This may also involve highlighting new target markets, researching trends in the industry and propose innovative ideas.
