About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living, offering companionship, sharing moments and memories, supporting residents with food and drinks, following care plans, and ensuring each resident receives one-to-one attention.
