Office Manager – Healthcare Recruitment

Location: Ramsbottom
Full-time | Permanent

Are you a proactive, highly organised Office Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re a fast-growing healthcare recruitment agency, and we’re on the lookout for someone with energy, initiative, and exceptional attention to detail to help drive our operations forward.

About the Role

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the business. You’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, support our recruitment consultants, and play a key role in compliance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

*

Oversee daily office operations and ensure systems run smoothly

*

Support compliance processes (e.g. DBS checks, right-to-work documents)

*

Manage candidate onboarding and documentation

*

Liaise with clients and staff to coordinate bookings and schedules

*

Develop new business with new clients.

*

Maintain records, databases, and timesheets with accuracy

*

Order supplies and manage general office upkeep

*

Support invoicing and payroll processes

What We’re Looking For

*

Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role

*

Recruitment or healthcare background is a bonus (but not essential)

*

Highly organised with strong communication skills

*

Comfortable using MS Office and cloud-based software (e.g. CRM, databases)

*

A self-starter who can prioritise tasks and solve problems proactively
