Job Title: Release Manager, Kannon Platform
Location: London

Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the structured Kannon release process from code cut to production deployment, ensuring robust user acceptance and regression testing.
* Ensure timely execution of release activities, including code cuts, patch management, UAT deployments and regression tests, adhering to established timelines.
* Integrate critical fixes (patches) into releases, ensuring unit testing and impact regression identification.
* Coordinate with dependent applications on their release cycles to ensure correct versions and manage impacts or test failures.
* Oversee the regression testing cycle with regression owners, investigate issues, and manage sign‑off processes and approvals.
* Provide clear, timely updates on release status, issues and patches via email alerts and communication channels.
* Act as point of escalation for release‑related issues, facilitating investigation, remediation and resolution.
Your Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in release management within financial services or complex technical environments.
* Understanding of SDLC, version control (Git/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience with testing methodologies, especially regression, batch, integration and performance testing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple concurrent release streams.
* Knowledge of financial market data, risk and P&L concepts is beneficial.
