Responsibilities
* Ensuring safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority.
* Ensuring legal and safety compliance through all store operations, e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.
* Working with the team to deliver great customer service at every level through getting the basics right and listening to our customers, driving continuous improvement.
* Supporting the team's management, including engagement of the store team, development, training, recruitment, and other people‑related tasks.
