Closing Date: Wednesday 6th August Location: Nottingham Contract: 12 months secondment Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas Overview: Our In-Store Marketing Manager effectively project manages each campaign which lands in a Salesplan period. This includes ensuring timings are kept to, ensuring the in-store marketing period plan supports a strong customer journey from entrance of store to fixture, clear compelling conversion at shelf through strong creative, and the right kit in the right stores, with the correct guidance. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for working through the campaign/period strategy with the Marketing squad and Go To Market and Trading. This includes ensuring the creative ladders up to the BVI, the nominations we use across the planned kit instore, nominations used, the choice of language across each piece of kit and accountable that this is legal and PML approved before ordering, • Accountable for setting the in-store strategy for Own Brand in store including; masterbrand, language, hierarchy of message, offer, language, creative etc. • Accountable for all campaign kit at fixture and throughout store – including base kit, high level kit and overlay kit. Requires briefing to agencies each Salesplan period to create creative packs which the In Store Marketing Manager will sign off and oversee through to production packs – lead the sign off of these with relevant teams. Responsible for the handover of these to the relevant production teams as per the Sales plan CPA • Responsible for the changeover RFT in store – setting the guidance in WGLL which is communicated to store leaders, through to go-live – attendance on feedback calls to support the review of the campaign landing in store. • Responsible for the correct showmaterial being sent to store across devolved nations and ROI. This requires a different set of stakeholders and following a different process to support. • Ownership of the In Store Marketing Salesplan, campaign budget (total ISM budget for FY25 is £10.8m) • Overseeing the Salesplan process – support with any escalations and issues with suppliers and trading which will impact store showmaterial, tray or unit. • Accountable for signing off all Boots Own Brand units and trays as an own brand lead for ISM before production. This can include going out to tender, and management of that process through to decision and production/delivery. • Management and review of suppliers and the ongoing ways of working What you’ll need to have: • Strong experience and knowledge of in store marketing processes • Experienced at planning and developing marketing campaigns through the in store channel • A people focussed leader who motivates others and knows how to get the best out of a wide variety of stakeholders • A driven individual who demonstrates high levels of accountability • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
