Job Summary
Home Care Assistant – you will support clients at home with personal care, daily routines, companionship and help maintain dignity and independence. No prior care experience is needed; we provide fully funded training and QCF level 5 qualifications. Flexible contracts, a £500 welcome bonus, a referral bonus up to £1 000, hourly pay up to £13.50 plus mileage, blue‑light care discounts, a pension scheme and on‑demand pay.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing and medication support.
* Create and maintain a positive, respectful environment; provide companionship and social interaction.
* Help with daily routines and activities of daily living.
* Support with mobility and transfer, ensuring safety and comfort.
* Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
* Maintain accurate records and report changes in care needs to the team.
* Adhere to Care Leaver Covenant, CQC standards, and organizational policies.
* Work alternating weekends; flexible working hours around your schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No previous care experience required; comprehensive training provided.
* Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong empathy, people skills, and a caring, compassionate approach.
* Positive, professional team‑working attitude.
* Ability to work alternating weekends.
* Minimum of 12 months right to work; no visa sponsorship offered.
