Year 1 Teaching Assistant – SEN Support – Full-Time Role in Stretford (September Start) Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stretford, currently rated Outstanding by Ofsted. The school is seeking a committed Year 1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on both a one-to-one basis and in small group settings. This full-time position (8:30am – 3:30pm) is set to begin in September 2025. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping children with SEN to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will contribute to a nurturing learning environment and assist in delivering a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to meet individual needs.
