Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Create engaging and visually appealing content to attract and retain the target audience.
* Manage community interactions, respond to comments, messages, and foster a positive online community.
* Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products and services.
* Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights.
* Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
* Monitor online conversations and feedback to gather customer insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with marketing objectives.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
* Strong creative and content creation skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
* Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
