Service Care Solutions is working with a bustling local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy and collaborative legal team on a varied caseload of commercial and public sector contracts. Role: Contracts Lawyer Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Umbrella Rate: £50 - £60ph PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06 - £52.76ph Location: Oxfordshire – hybrid Key Responsibilities: Handle your own Commercial Contracts law caseload from start to completion. Supporting departments on service agreements, supplier contracts and partnership arrangements. Assisting with governance and contract management issues where required. Key Requirements: 3 years of PQE in Commercial Contracts law as a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX in England and Wales. Previous local government experience is highly desirable. Good working knowledge of public procurement framework. Benefits: Hybrid working. Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance. Flexible hours.
