We’re looking for a motivated and creative entry-level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide variety of marketing activities, with excellent opportunities to learn, contribute, and develop your career. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking to kickstart your marketing career. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, receive on-the-job training, and gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment. What You’ll Do · Draft marketing communications, including newsletters and event invitations. · Optimise website content to improve audience engagement and search engine performance. · Update and repurpose content such as blog posts or event recaps. · Maintain a marketing content audit. · Manage scheduling and logistics of webinars, and adapt content post-event. · Source, edit and prepare images and video for use across our digital channels. · Assist with event and project management, including tracking outputs and analytics. · Build and maintain website landing pages and automations using existing templates and tools. What We’re Looking For · A great communicator who enjoys writing and coming up with creative ideas. · Organised, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in. · Curious about how marketing works in a fast-growing tech company. · Comfortable juggling multiple projects without losing your cool. · Bonus points if you’ve played with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or video editing software – but don’t worry, we’ll train you up! · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Creativity with an eye for detail and good organisational skills. · Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. · Interest in technology and SaaS solutions. · Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) is a plus. · Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics) desirable but not essential. · The right to work in the UK.
