Your Role:
They are expanding their specialist Military team and are seeking a passionate Personal Injury Solicitor to join their practise in Southampton. You will work closely with a leading expert in Serious Injury and Armed Forces claims. This is a rare opportunity to specialise in a high-profile area of Personal Injury law, focusing on serious injury and illness that can have profound impacts on the lives of individuals and their families.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Partner with his caseload, while also building and managing your own. Your work will include handling compensation claims for severely injured service personnel, attending Service Inquiries, and supporting Coroners Inquests. You will adopt a unique and bespoke approach to ensure that clients receive not only compensation but also the necessary rehabilitation support.
About You:
* Experience: 2–6 years’ PQE in serious or catastrophic injury (Claimant)
* Client Care: Proactive approach to client care and case management
* Driving licence: A clean driving licence is essential, as travel across the UK to meet clients is a requirement
* Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
* Business Development: Enthusiasm for building strong client and referrer relationships
