About the Role
Aspire People is working closely with a lovely primary school in Boston to find a teaching assistant to work with a Year 3 child.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young adults (desired); level 2‑3 TA qualification (highly desirable)
* Be able to motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
* Warm, kind, patient personality with endless energy and enthusiasm
