We’re looking for a Head of Event Creative & Talent to lead and evolve the creative and entertainment direction of our global event brands, working full-time from our UK head office.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of music, live events, and creative production, who can confidently lead from concept through to delivery, while maintaining high standards across both talent and event execution.
You’ll sit at the centre of our creative department, overseeing both talent booking and creative production (merchandise, theming, decor), ensuring all elements come together to deliver commercially successful, high-impact live experiences.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, events, and operations teams to grow existing brands, launch new concepts, and scale successful shows across the UK and internationally.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the overall creative direction across all event brands and shows
* Overseeing the full creative department, spanning both talent booking and creative production
* Providing strategic direction across the talent function, working closely with the Performer/Talent Manager to ensure all casting, bookings, and show structures align with the wider creative vision
* Leading the development and growth of our booking agency, overseeing brand bookings, private hires, and external opportunities
* Directly managing and developing a mid-level team member focused on creative production, including:
* Event theming, decor, and props
* Merchandise development
* Visual execution across all shows
* Providing clear direction, feedback, and support to bring creative ideas to life at a high standard
* Setting the creative vision and ensuring alignment across both sides of the team, maintaining consistency and quality from concept through to delivery
* Heading up creative planning meetings and driving forward-thinking concepts
* Working closely with the events team to develop and implement new event creatives
* Overseeing the development and execution of creative theming, visual identity, and on-site experience
* Supporting talent booking direction while remaining close to key bookings and show builds
* Ensuring all teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and delivery standards are consistently high
* Overseeing key operational elements including:
* Travel and logistics for performers and tours
* Contracting, briefing, and scheduling talent
* Timelines, run sheets, and delivery standards
* Collaborating with marketing to align creative with campaign strategy and performance
* Driving innovation through new concepts, show formats, and creative enhancements
Working Pattern:
🏢 Monday – Friday: Office based in Oval, London
This is a fully office-based role. No hybrid or remote working.
⏰ Flexibility required around event schedules, evenings, and weekends where needed.
About You:
* Proven experience in a senior creative, entertainment, or production role within live events
* Strong knowledge of music, nightlife, and live event production
* Experience leading teams across talent, creative, or production functions
* Confident setting creative direction while remaining hands-on with execution
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Comfortable overseeing logistics, timelines, and operational delivery alongside creative output
* Strong communicator across talent, venues, internal teams, and stakeholders
* Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of what drives successful event concepts
