Reporting to the CFO this role is 4 days in the office in Surrey and one day working from home. Responsibilities of the Group Financial Controller Role:- To manage, motivate and develop a small dynamic team Review and improve processes and procedures to streamline the month end close Financial reporting and overseeing the transactional team Consolidations and inter company Cashflow management and control Liaising with the IT department on improving systems and procedures Working on rolling out the new accounts systems across the group and making sure the transition is seamless Year end statutory accounts, liaise with HMRC and resolve any queries VAT and corporate tax Working closely with the auditors Requirements of the Financial Controller Role:- Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team Systems implementation experience in a multi site group ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified Excellent communication skills Benefits 25 days holiday Performance related bonus Onsite parking
