Job Description As Thermal Hydraulics Graduate, you will support applied research in fluid dynamics and heat transfer for fusion and related areas. This includes solving complex thermal-hydraulic problems through simulation or experiment. Your core responsibilities: Develop skills in thermal-hydraulics modelling using computational fluid dynamics and reduced order simulation tools. Develop knowledge and understanding in complex multi physics analysis Perform a variety of technical tasks designed to provide experience & familiarisation with staff, methods, practices, & programs of the Group and wider Division. Develop knowledge and understanding of fusion-relevant topics and apply this learning to assigned projects. Identify areas where improvements could be made to experimental apparatus, process plant systems and operational practices and methodologies.
