Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the designated region. Drive distribution, visibility, and activation initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive volume growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Negotiate and secure profitable commercial agreements with key accounts, aligning with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and address customer needs effectively. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Analyse sales performance data and develop action plans to achieve KPI targets and objectives. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. Proven track record in sales management and key account development. Strong understanding of the beverage industry and key account management principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives. Full UK Driving Licence.
