About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, efficient processes, and high‑quality support. You will help deliver a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion. Key responsibilities include: Partnering closely with Sales Engineers and Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships Supporting customer onboarding and promoting the use of digital tools and e‑commerce platforms Preparing customer quotations in collaboration with field sales teams and suppliers Managing the full order lifecycle, from order creation through to invoicing Handling credits, returns, claims, and escalations in line with internal procedures Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer records and internal systems Supporting procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier follow‑up Following up on receivables and ensuring CRM and ERP data accuracy Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, internal controls, and sustainability objectives Assisting with local warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders when required About You You will be: A confident communicator with a strong customer‑service mindset Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Calm under pressure with effective problem‑solving skills Detail‑focused with a high level of administrative accuracy Most importantly, you are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience and enjoy working within a supportive, team‑based environment.
