Specialist SEN School – Warrington – Up to £550 per week – Full-Time

A specialist SEN school in Warrington is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with PMLD, SLD, severe Autism, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties. As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will become a key player in a dynamic support team with a focus on compassionate support and safeguarding.
The Role – Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access a highly personalised curriculum. This Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role includes supporting sensory learning, communication development, and personal care needs.
You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a safe and structured environment where pupils can thrive. This Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role will equip you with appropriate training and support, and represents fantastic transferable experience for a range of career paths.
