Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
* Ensure all documents are accurately logged, filed, and distributed to the relevant parties.
* Implement and maintain an efficient document control system.
* Adhere to company and project-specific document control procedures and standards.
* Liaise with internal teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate document flow.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
* Strong knowledge of document control software and systems (e.g., Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint).
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
