What’s the role?
We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency based in Christchurch, Dorset. This is a full-time Property Management role suited to someone who enjoys managing a portfolio, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
As Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio. This includes handling maintenance issues, arranging repairs, carrying out inspections, managing compliance, and acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
