About The Role
Days of Working: Monday - Friday
To support the coordination of facilities service delivery at School and to support the OCS Site Manager in the provision of building services.
Work duties to include FM Administration, support in completing PPM schedules, sub-contractor management, inductions and documentation, pre-audits preparation, requesting quotations and completion documentation from sub-contractors and suppliers. Effective liaison with external sub-contractor and supply partners is required.

Ideal Candidate
* Must have Right to Work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
* NEBOSH/IOSH Certificate would be desirable, but training can be given.
* Previous use of CAFM advantageous.
* IT Literate, MS Office/competent in the use of Excel, Power point.
* Will have a background relevant experience to effectively deliver the role.
