Wild Neroche is one of Forestry England’s ‘wild areas’, forest sites that are taking a pioneering approach to restore fully functioning ecosystems and support nature’s recovery. As England's largest land manager, Forestry England is restoring nature at a landscape scale in a way few others can.
Wild Neroche - Restoring and Transforming Landscapes supports farmers and land managers to undertake nature-positive actions on land in the Blackdown Hills region surrounding Neroche.
The Wild Neroche Land Management Advisor role is hosted by Blackdown Hills National Landscape and funded through a partnership between Forestry England and Tesco.
The post is full time up until 31 March 2027. Based from Hemyock and Staple Fitzpaine (near Taunton). Advisory work within the 7,000 hectare project area.
