Ability to work as part of a team A confident communicator Willingness to learn and work on own initiative Basic numerical, reading and computer skills Organised and methodical person with the ability to work under pressure Flexible and proactive approach Roles and Responsibilities Hand pack products in production arrears Manually stack pallets Wrap pallets using manual and automatic stretch wrappers Move waste bins using waste bin management system General wall/floor cleaning and tidying of all manufacturing areas Basic equipment cleaning, support both product and flavour changes Loading of machinery with raw materials Reworking of hold material Basic machine intervention (Stop in case of emergency) Support isolation of machinery conducting cleaning tasks The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you may be required to complete other duties from time to time PepsiCo pride themselves on our superb work force.
