Your Mission
As our Digital Designer, you'll play a central role in accelerating our creative output and elevating the brand across every digital and physical touchpoint. You'll join a fast-moving, performance-driven creative team responsible for producing high-impact design that drives growth, engagement, and customer trust.
1. Team Purpose & Challenges
* Brings the Years brand to life across paid social, email, web, print, and product touchpoints.
* Drives performance by producing fast, high-impact, platform-native creative.
* Tackles challenges around creative speed, last-minute requests, and elevating visual quality.
2. Strategic Focus & Priorities
* Improve creative turnaround times and boost paid creative performance.
* Develop reusable templates and landing page blocks to increase efficiency.
* Support long-term brand evolution and international scale through data-led design.
3. Reporting & Leadership
* Reports into the Chief Digital Officer (and Founder), working closely with a Senior Designer and UX Designer.
* Participates in design reviews and paid creative meetings.
* May take on more ownership of workflows as the team grows.
4. Collaboration
* Works closely with Paid Media, CRM, UX, and Social teams.
* Supports Product, PR, Partnerships, NPD, and Customer Service with ad-hoc creative.
* Produces performance assets, web/email visuals, landing pages, and product imagery.
5. Hands-On vs. Strategic Balance
* Primarily a hands-on role focused on execution & producing daily digital assets.
* Contributes to creative direction, optimisation, and trend-led ideas.
* Owns small initiatives like template creation and visual improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-performing paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok.
* Design visuals for email newsletters, website banners, landing pages, Amazon listings and core web journeys.
* Develop digital downloads such as guides or resources to support lead-generation and email sign-ups.
* Edit and optimise imagery for the website, product pages, PR requests, and email.
* Contribute to paid creative meetings, bringing concepts, ideas, and trend insights.
* Respond quickly and effectively to urgent, ad-hoc creative needs across the business.
* Support organic social visuals, and the wider design team when required.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
* 2–3 years' experience in digital design within a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
* Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and core design tools.
* Proven ability to create high-converting, platform-native paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok.
* Confidence designing across multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9).
* Experience creating image-led email newsletters optimised for engagement and conversion.
* Ability to produce Amazon or web-ready imagery, banners, product visuals, and high-performance landing pages.
