We’re looking for a Direct Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team and help drive excellence in agricultural sales and service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting a high-performing direct sales team
* Overseeing accurate and efficient order processing
* Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp
* Coordinating with internal teams and key agricultural suppliers
* Maintaining strong product knowledge to support your team and customers
* Driving continuous improvement in workflows and service standards
What You’ll Bring
* A solid understanding of agricultural inputs and customer needs
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and digital communication tools
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
