Customer Base
The pub benefits from being one of only two pubs found in an area of around 5,293 adults. The customer base is made up of mostly mid-life adults of medium affluence.

You can drive trade through strong drinks offer, Sky & T&T sports, pool table and dart board. Also has a separate lounge area and outdoor trading area. We're also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade. Attitude is more valuable than experience.

* Manage a team and deliver great service.
* Know your local community and drive trade through strong drinks offers and sports entertainment.
* Implement ideas to drive trade and improve the pub concept.
Qualifications
* Understanding of the local community.
* You know what it takes to deliver a retail offer.
* Enthusiastic and retail focussed.
* You love hospitality and are great with customers.
* Separate lounge area with pool table.
* 200 internal covers.
* 60 external covers.

* Grass garden area & side patio.
* Car park with seven spaces.

Private accommodation consists of four bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and private terrace.
