Job Description
College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences/Edinburgh College of Art/Student and Academic Support Service (SASS)
Full-time: 35 hours per week (1 FTE)
Fixed-term contract: for 12 months
The Opportunity:
Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) is seeking an experienced administrator to work as part of our Student and Academic Support Team as a Course Administrator.
Underpinning a great student and staff experience Course Administrator will contribute through a range of essential administrative tasks and processes, the administration of ECA’s courses providing a high-quality service to undergraduate and postgraduate students and academic colleagues. Course Administrators are a key person in a student’s experience of the University and will be professional and approachable working as part of a wider team using your expert knowledge to support academic teaching staff with the delivery of the exciting range of courses that ECA offer.
The post is fixed term for 12 months. We are seeking someone who combines great administrative skills including attention to detail and ability to juggle competing demands, with a genuine interest in contributing to the development of our new team as we embed a range of new roles and support.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week).
