Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations and social media management, with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing efforts.
* Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
