Responsibilities include:
* Entering customer orders into the system, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures
* Coordinating with planning, shipping, and despatch departments to provide customers with up-to-date order information
* Communicating with carriers to request ETAs, PODs, etc.
* Processing sample requests from customers or sales team with all necessary information for dispatch
* Logging customer complaints in the CRM and liaising with Quality Control to keep customers informed
* Processing quotations in the system
* Building strong, sustainable relationships and trust with customers
* Assessing customer needs to provide the best possible service
* Maintaining strong relationships with the sales team
* Providing high-standard customer service via phone or email, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses
* Providing customers with product, carton/pallet, price, and delivery information

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £23,000 – £24,000 per annum
