Alert:24 is WTW’s in-house security risk advisory and crisis support client service and is part of WTW’s global Crisis Management insurance broking division. Alert:24 provide intelligence, consultancy and training to clients to assist the treatment of their security risks and have teams in the US, UK, Singapore and Australia.
As a Content Editor & Design Manager you will have proven expertise and experience in graphic design as well as drafting content and also have had editorial oversight of written content. Although there are existing WTW brand guidelines in place as well as marketing and compliance teams, this is a new role created to support Alert:24’s requirement to elevate our written and designed content and keep pace with our growth ambitions.
The Role:
Content Design
As a security risk consultancy, Alert:24 produce a wide range of published content with a number of different designed products. With guidance from WTW’s central marketing and compliance function, and direction from management you will be expected to:
1. Develop new or elevate existing design for Alert:24’s varied print and digital content including proposals, tenders, white papers and insight articles, training material, marketing collateral and LinkedIn posts.
2. Create and improve designed templates to support the team of intelligence and security specialists with generation of selected written content such as proposals and reports.
3. Quality control designed content produced by the intelligence and security specialists.
Content Delivery
4. Lead selected marketing and sales campaigns and analyse subsequently provided data and analytics on the success of the campaigns to inform decision making.
5. Provide guidance and innovate around improvements to content delivery methods, platforms and tools from sales and marketing campaigns through to online training.
Editorial Management
Alert:24 provide intelligence, consultancy and training around a number of security risks to a wide and varied audience, including security leads, HR, legal, insurance brokers, insurance underwriters and insurance buyers. You will be expected to:
6. Advise and guide the intelligence and security specialists on appropriate length and tone of language in order to achieve our objectives.
7. Seek, analyse and respond to feedback as to how we can improve our written content.
