Sales and Letting Negotiator

Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and local community engagement.
* Manage the process from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in using standard office software and property management systems.
* A valid UK driving license is beneficial.
