Banking Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate
My global FinTech client, based in London, is looking for a permanent Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate to join the team.
This is hybrid working – 3 days a week in the London office.
Paying £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
Key skills:
* Experience working as a Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate within a bank / FinTech
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial markets
* Experience mapping regulatory changes
* Experience monitoring and tracking regulatory development and updates
* Experience producing reports of regulatory changes and maintaining regulatory compliance records and documentation
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Degree educated.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track regulatory developments and updates
* Map relevant regulatory changes and trends that impact the business
* Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses of regulatory changes and their potential impact, including regular updates and reports for senior management and other key stakeholders.
* Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance records and documentation
* Collaborate with senior team members to receive training and guidance on regulatory affairs
* Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
* Support the implementation of regulatory strategies and initiatives
