These clients represent significant opportunities for expansion and market dominance within their respective industries. Your primary responsibility will be to lead strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and capitalizing on new avenues for growth across Paid Search channels. Responsibilities Development of Global paid search strategy, laddering up to overall strategic approach Working collaboratively with other channel leads to build audiences and targeting approach based on insights Trusted specialist advisor to day-to-day clients & a 'go to' internal specialist for biddable Driving innovation and positively provoking the client to undertake new opportunities and testing Helping to drive process automation through adoption of scripts and efficient ways of working F orecasting and delivery across media, with focus on meeting client KPIs and performance targets Oversight of best practice for paid search implementation, optimisation and tactics Collaborative lead (with global team) on client reviews of all search activation - BAU, campaign specific and channel planning H elping to manage day to day relationships with Google, Bing, tech providers and GroupM media activation solutions Ultimate responsibility for the QA process across all media activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process Lead on approach to and delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights Lead on application and adherence to all areas of media activation finance process Direct people management of Search Managers, indirect management of Search Executives Collaborative lead (with partner) on the monitoring and review of resourcing and scoped time, including resource hiring when applicable Active role across activation management workstreams and projects including new business support The candidate: Experience in digital media (with focus on paid search), ideally from an agency side background (client side or a mix will also be considered) All academic backgrounds will be considered - qualifications in maths, data, media of interest Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage People management experience of managing a team of 3 managers and executives Strong leadership skills and ability to manage upwards and downwards Strong organisational and communication skills LI-CCS GroupM Nexus
