The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
Seeking a committed and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism and complex needs. You will work closely with class teachers to support learning in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, adapt activities to individual needs and contribute to EHCP targets. The role involves supporting communication, emotional regulation, independence and social development, while helping to maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
