Jackson Hogg is working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Manufacturing Team Leader for their Electrical Production site based in Melsonby. This role is ideal for a strong hands-on operator who enjoys leading by example on the shop floor. You’ll spend the majority of your time actively involved in production, while also supporting, guiding and coordinating a small team of assembly operators to ensure daily targets are met safely and efficiently. The Role As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will work closely with the Production Manager to support daily operations. Approximately 60% of the role will be hands-on production, with the remaining 40% focused on coordinating people, quality and workflow. You’ll act as the go-to person on shift, helping to keep production running smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and delivery.
