Would you like an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of families in County Durham? We have a vacancy in our Strategy Team, helping our services deliver better outcomes for residents. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective reporting systems which support the delivery and continuous improvement of our high-quality services. The role includes producing, analysing and reporting on performance information, as well as developing our strategic business intelligence programme. You will use data to produce insightful and meaningful analysis in compelling reports. You will hold a degree level qualification in a relevant discipline and have experience of working in a data or performance management function. You will have excellent numeracy and analytical skills and possess effective communication and organisational skills. Please refer to the attached Person Specification for the full criteria. INTERVIEWS Interviews will be held on 26 or 27 November 2025.
