What you’ll be doing:
As Brand Manager, you’ll be planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing activities for the launch and scale of a new brand to market. You’ll execute the marketing strategy with excellence to ensure that the brand’s key messages and tone of voice are communicated to our audience through the channels which deliver the best return. The role will report into a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager and will work very closely with the rest of the marketing team including Senior Digital Marketing Manager, E-commerce Trading Manager, Social Media Manager and in-house Designer.
You'll be responsible for:
* Executing the brand’s marketing strategy to ensure its successful launch and scale - delivering innovative and outstanding 360 programme of marketing activities.
* Working with the team and agencies to execute creative on all paid marketing channels including social, PR and affiliates and supporting growth through organic channels including CRM, organic social and SEO.
* Working closely with the retail team to drive engaging instore marketing events and activities, as well as managing the creative for all retailer listings and content, including Amazon.
* Contributing to app and website content in conjunction with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
* Supporting the innovation team with key insights, competitor knowledge to provide new product and claim ideas as well as reviewing and supporting with artwork development.
* Translating a complex subject matter into consumable and engaging information for the end-user/customer.
* Leveraging digital analytics, retail sales data and consumer insights to drive marketing efficiencies and support optimisation of ROI.
* Extrapolating trends and helping craft recommendations from consumer insights, key performance indicators, and industry knowledge.

* A proven record of achieving high levels of brand growth and consumer engagement in both retail and online channels.
* Experience of managing and developing a large and diverse range of marketing tools.
* Knowledge and prior use of AI tools.
* High attention to detail.
* A ‘can-do’ attitude with an ability to act at pace.
* Passion and desire to learn with the ability to quickly grasp new things.
* A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
It would be an advantage if you have:
* Experience of working in a small, fast-growing business.
* A background working or interest in health and wellness.
* An understanding and awareness of the regulatory landscape in the health and wellbeing industry.
