Job Description:
A dedicated Short Term Rental sales role responsible for maximising sales within our existing customer base and generating new business, in line with targets and budget. The role covers Region South, including the Midlands, south of England, and South Wales. It involves a hybrid of internal and external sales, with regular customer and prospect visits.
What we offer:
* Identify, target, and convert new customers
* Maximise sales opportunities within existing customer base
* Build and manage an effective sales pipeline
* Report activity to UK&I Asset Director, Regional Asset Directors, and Regional STR Managers
* Engage with sales team and Regional Asset Directors to maximise sales opportunities
* Price negotiations and development of customer framework agreements
* Follow up on all new leads
* Ensure customers and prospects are aware of our short-term rental offerings
* Provide excellent customer experience at all times
