As Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the inside sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role combines people leadership, sales strategy, and performance management. You will drive sales growth, support team development, and play a key role in shaping branch performance.
Responsibilities of a Sales Office Manager:
Lead, motivate, and develop the inside sales and warehouse teams
Ensure the office runs efficiently and supports business needs
Set clear sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
Develop and implement sales strategies in line with business objectives
Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to the Regional Sales Manager
Collaborate with wider teams to align branch performance with company goals
Requirements of a Sales Office Manager:
Minimum 5 years’ experience at sales management level
Strong understanding of modern sales management techniques
Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to develop sales targets and deliver results
Experience creating and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
Knowledge of the electrical distribution, building, or construction industry is advantageous
