Duties for the Service Advisor include:
6. Providing exceptional customer service to clients during their visit
7. Scheduling vehicle services, maintenance, or repairs efficiently
8. Arranging courtesy vehicles when required to ensure customer convenience
9. Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving issues promptly
10. Preparing and invoicing work completed, including processing payments
11. Working towards achieving company targets and KPIs to support business growth
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
12. Confident, proactive, and well-presented communication skills
13. Computer literate with the ability to navigate dealership systems
14. Capable of advising customers on technical issues and securing their satisfaction
15. Previous customer-facing experience, ideally within automotive or motor trade front-of-house roles
16. A desire to develop a long-term career within the motor trade industry
